Well not quite the 100% achievement I was aiming for scuppered by a nasty migraine which knocked me out for several days early on, then a few other foot niggles prevented quite as many determined efforts as I had wished but broadly speaking I did OK I guess, and held myself publicly accountable via my Instagram account.
So managed 25 days out of the 31 for a minimum 30 min walk each day which is certainly better than if I'd not signed up to this challenge.
Also my red laces look kinda cool in my grey trainers!

RED January 2019 - Goal for the month
Made a good start today with a leisurely hour long stroll with hubby and the boys over the local park which certainly blew away a few cobwebs and was a great start to the year and this challenge.

February goals review
I had such a super productive scrapbooking month in February doing over 30 pages thanks to my ATDML design kit being utterly delicious new Kaisercraft papers, a new scrapbooking kit from Mind The Scrap and a month long alphabet challenge with them, plus my own crop pages, a couple of just because pages and mostly I think, due to having sorted out my craft room!!
I have sold off some old unused items and in doing so not only cleared some space but also raised enough funds to buy a second hand Silhouette Cameo die-cutting machine. It is going to get so much use for crop and my own pages of course and I am looking forward to being able to cut some nice 12x12 backgrounds and super-sized titles.
My goals for the month included decluttering which was started in the craft room and also we sorted all of my eldest son's room out too so I was able to make several trips to the Mind charity shop and help them raise funds to support individuals with Mental Health concerns and to raise awareness and help reduce the stigma associated with Mental Illness. There are several charity shops I could chose to receive my pre-loved items but this cause is close to my heart and the volunteers in the shop are so grateful and polite, plus I always get an email from the store manager thanking me for my donation and letting me know the good work they are doing. So win-win, house is less cluttered and I feel I have made a difference.
The first half of the month my making my own lunches for work and reducing my take-outs went well, not so much towards the end of the month but I am sticking with this goal for March too and hoping to improve. I want to make more of an effort to take care of me a little more and I feel like have had a perpetual battle with myself in this regard. I MUST make time and prepare!!
Come on March then, I am ready for you!

January goals review
With a new job at the start of this month I decided to set myself a few goals to provide a little structure to offset the uncertainty I was feeling at moving jobs.
I wanted to restart blogging, and whilst I've not really stuck to my own schedule I have blogged on multiple times in the month.
I wanted to partake in the #bookclub52 challenge to read a book a week and with my hour commute each day to work I have achieved this, and blogged the books too. So big tick for me.
I wanted to find a spot of me time ever week to be mindful, and to pamper/care for myself more. This including relaxing baths and not rushed showers, face masks, cleanse/tone/moisturising and using my expensive eye cream!! I've walked more as well just enjoying the time to think straight which has been lacking in the last couple of years.
I tasked myself with some decluttering and successfully made several trips to the charity shop, sorted my youngest toys out and sold a few to make him a few quid (happy son!) My wardrobe is next up!
Finally I wanted to take part in more online scrapbooking challenges, and or try some of the many Pinterest ideas I have. I joined in a couple of challenges including a mood board and the journaling ones, and I've done a page based on a Pinterest sketch too.
Not a bad months I'd say :)
Come on February, I'm ready for you x
